High Intensity Training

Adrenaline Rush is a fast-paced, High Intensity Interval training Workout that loads the body’s major muscle groups quickly, raises body temperature and pushes your body’s performance to the max. This is an advanced workout so you’ll get into the sweat zone pretty much from the first set.

Get an amazing 90 minutes of intense exercise featuring two of our awesome instructors! Classes consist of the following: 10 minutes warm-up, 30 minutes Cycle Fit, 30 minutes strength training, 10 minutes cool-down, 10 minutes Yoga.
